We dispatch all orders from our Sydney location within 48 hours of purchase. Standard shipping is $9.95 AUD, or free on orders over $150 AUD. Express shipping is $14.95 AUD, and all parcels are sent with Australia Post. We also ship internationally, with shipping rates typically ranging from $20–30 AUD depending on the destination.
We offer 14-day change-of-mind returns from the date of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, while faulty items are returned at our expense. You may choose either a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost) or a store voucher for the full amount paid, including shipping.
Please note that solid gold pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Earrings are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons unless they have not been tried on.
